Senior/Lead Software Product Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Software Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software product design, proficiency in Figma, and advanced English language skills.

Requirements

• Extensiveexperience in software product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Advanced English language skills (C1 level or higher)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Responsibilities

• Led the design and development of intuitive and engaging software products from concept to launch
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
• Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
