In this role, you’ll blend engineering, automation, and AI innovation—working with tools such as AWS, GitHub Actions, Microsoft Power Automate, and REST APIs, and large language models to build the next generation of workflows. If you thrive at the intersection of technology and business impact, this is your opportunity to drive change at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect systems through APIs and apply AI/LLM intelligence to automate business processes, content generation, and product operations.

Collaborate & Partner

  • Work with Product Operations and Product Education teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
  • Share best practices, train stakeholders, and enable teams to leverage automation independently.

Optimize & Scale

  • Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
  • Monitor workflow performance, proactively troubleshoot, and iterate for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Experience designing and building serverless automation pipelines, ideally on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST/Graph integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
