As an IT Infrastructure Manager you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by: ? IT Infrastructure Manager (US Restricted) is responsible for leading and managing IT infrastructure teams across U.S. sites, with a focus on systems (approx 200 servers) and networks handling restricted or regulated data. This role oversees a team of approximately 20 professionals covering a scope that spans deployment and operations for all kinds of IT components and services. ? Manage a multidisciplinary team of skilled professionals involved in projects and run/operation activities. ? Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems that support restricted environments. ? Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks such as CMMC, ITAR, for all infrastructure components. ? Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ? Assign appropriate experts and oversee infrastructure projects execution ensuring adherence to company technical standards and processes ? Maintain and monitor day-to-day operations of IT systems including application middleware and infrastructure components, ensure adequate level of cybersecurity and documentation ? Coordinate with global IS teams to align infrastructure strategies and standards. ? Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture. ? Regular, predictable attendance is required. ?
