Serve as the senior IT partner to operational leadership, aligning technology strategy with business goals in a customer-focused manner.
Take ownership of all core operational systems, including ERP, MES, WMS, and other plant-level platforms.
Lead the implementation and deployment of enterprise applications across a new facility, ensuring effective integration with both local and corporate environments. Establish and manage long-term support structures.
Oversee key infrastructure initiatives such as network design, data center setup, and security systems, working closely with enterprise infrastructure and security teams.
Ensure Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related platforms run reliably, with proper integration to other systems and effective data management.
Provide leadership to a cross-functional IT team, covering applications, service desk, and technical support. Build alignment with enterprise IT and ensure consistency in processes and service delivery.
Develop and execute technology strategies that enable efficient operations and support long-term growth.
Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure IT systems enhance efficiency, compliance, and decision-making.
Drive seamless system integration across platforms, enabling real-time data flow and optimized business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Ensure all IT systems comply with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
Manage departmental budgets, balancing cost control with effective resource allocation.
Lead vendor and service provider relationships to ensure value, quality, and reliable support.
Support professional development and training for IT team members to maintain cutting-edge skills.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls to protect operational technology and sensitive data.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL) preferred.
15+ years of IT leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing-focused environment, with demonstrated success in large system deployments and new-site standups.
Experience with cybersecurity and industrial control protections.
Strong technical background in ERP, MES, WMS, and systems integration.
Proven leadership capabilities in managing IT teams, cross-functional collaboration, and driving organizational change.
Ability to define long-term IT strategies and execute with measurable impact.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
