• Architect & Build: Use Flutter to create pixel-perfect, high-performance NET NEW apps that run on both iOS and Android, with a deep focus on performance and complex user interactions.
• Lead Big Decisions: Be a leader in mobile architecture, state management, and platform best practices.
• Solve, Create, Repeat: Diagnose and fix issues across platforms (Android/iOS), extending Flutter capabilities using plugins.
• Be a Mentor: Share your expertise, guide junior developers, and push our standards to the next level.
• Innovate: Don't just code—innovate with product managers and designers to create game-changing features for our users.

• You’re Seasoned: With 5+ years of mobile app development experience (and a track record of shipping.)
• Flutter is Your Forte: Hands-on mastery of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management patterns (like BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), and cross-platform quirks.
• You Dig Deep: Fluent in native Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android)—you can seamlessly transition when native debugging or optimization is needed.
• Plugins Are Your Playground: You’ve built or customized Flutter plugins that bridge mobile and native functionality.
