About the Role:
Bizmoni is revolutionizing financial literacy and entrepreneurship with BizHub, our AI-powered super app delivering job-finding tools, side hustle opportunities, business growth solutions, and decision-making automations. Were seeking
UX & Automation Tester to ensure seamless, intuitive, and inclusive experiences for users navigating our innovative platform.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct UX testing across BizHubs web and mobile interfaces, focusing on intuitive navigation, AI-driven workflows, and business process usability.
- Test automations and processes (e.g., user onboarding, job-matching flows) to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to align on user personas and business objectives.
- Design and execute test plans, usability scenarios, and automation scripts tailored to financial and entrepreneurial user journeys.
- Identify, document, and prioritize UX inconsistencies, automation failures, and accessibility issues (WCAG compliance).
- Provide actionable feedback to optimize user flows, interface responsiveness, and process efficiency.
- Champion user-centered design and contribute to refining BizHubs evolving design system.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in UX testing and/or QA for web/mobile apps, ideally in FinTech, Edutech, or business-focused platforms.
- Proficiency in usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Jira, Selenium, BrowserStack, or similar testing platforms.
- Ability to translate user feedback and test results into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, remote-friendly mindset.
- Familiarity with financial services workflows, digital onboarding, or AI-driven business tools is a plus.
- Experience with GoHighLevel software is a significant advantage.
