About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing technology company. In this role, you’ll be working directly with the CEO to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement in the US and UK markets.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B or B2C marketing within the tech sector, with a proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in the US and UK regions.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategy, positioning, and campaign execution.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social, search, email, and partnerships.
• Oversee content creation, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine marketing approaches.
• Build and manage budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and online forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in the US and/or UK markets.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.

Compensation

• Base salary: $110k–$130k
• Equity: Stock options included
