They are seeking a remote Marketing Coordinator/Strategist to drive patient/member acquisition and support employer-client retention. This role focuses on turning clinical value propositions into compelling stories that inspire action, while coordinating multi-channel campaigns and engagement events.

Responsibilities
- Develop annual, client-specific marketing plans tied to KPIs (enrollment, adoption, NPS)
- Create turnkey toolkits (emails, flyers, videos, SMS) for HR teams and employee champions
- Coordinate onsite events such as health fairs, ribbon cuttings, and provider meet-and-greets
- Localize campaigns to engage diverse employee populations
- Collaborate with clinical, analytics, and product teams to ensure messaging accuracy
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using A/B testing to optimize results
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring consistent brand compliance
- Support strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain employer clients and members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years in marketing coordination, strategy, or similar role
- Proficiency with SEO, HubSpot/Iterable, Canva/Adobe CC, CRM tools, and marketing analytics
- Excellent copywriting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to travel 10–20% to employer sites across the U.S.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication abilities
- Bonus: Experience with employer clinics, benefits marketing, and/or bilingual (Spanish-English)
