KYN is undergoing a major rebranding and preparing for global expansion. To support this initiative, we are building a best-in-class, creative, and curated intern team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will focus on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the systems that keep our brand moving forward. This is a superb opportunity to contribute to the expansion of an early-stage brand that has community, sustainability, and inclusivity at heart.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Organized, proactive, and analytical thinker with a passion for sustainable beauty and retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Prior operations, business analysis, or management experience is a plus.
- Nice-to-have: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus but not required.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the founder on daily operations, spanning sourcing, production, and distribution.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate supplier and vendor relationships by managing communications and timelines.
- Create and maintain operational schedules for production, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Support financial modeling and forecasting to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
