What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate complex insights to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Support decision-making in areas such as marketing, operations, product development, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards that align with business goals.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose issues, evaluate performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to governance and compliance standards.
• Continuously explore ways to improve analytical processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Skilled in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, Python, or R.
• Excellent storytelling and visualization skills—you can turn data into narratives that influence decisions.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
