We’re now looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and help take our visuals to the next level.
The Role
This is a hybrid role that blends performance design (Meta/TikTok ads, testing creatives) with brand design (OOH, print, broadcast). You’ll be responsible for producing creative that drives growth while building a brand that stands out across every channel.
Responsibilities
- Design static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Create high-impact visuals for OOH (billboards, Tube, print) and TV/radio campaigns.
- Use AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.) to develop and test new creative ideas.
- Collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing team to deliver ad variations quickly.
- Work in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Notion to keep projects streamlined.
- Ensure all designs stay bold, on-brand, and optimised for performance.
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio across digital ads + brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Comfortable with AI image generation.
- Experience with video editing/motion graphics (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced start-up.
