UI Designer | Figma, Social Media, Content

- €45-55k salary (paid B2B due to the remote element)
Experienced UI Designer is sought after by a leading design studio operating across Europe. They are currently building a dedicated internal content team with a main focus of creating/publishing top quality design content across multiple social media platforms. You will adapt existing assets and case studies, generate high-impact visuals for consistent publishing and help transform their project archive into a lead generating tool.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver:
- - 5 polished Dribbble shots each week
- - 1 detailed Behance case study per month
- - Social media assets for LinkedIn/Instagram (repurposed from main content)
- Organize and present UI/UX case studies using Figma-based templates
- Refresh and update older work for new publishing opportunities
- Assist in preparing content (cropping, writing captions, tagging, creating variations)
- Apply effective visual storytelling techniques in UI/UX presentations
- Continuously refine publishing templates for better output

Required Skills & Background
- UI/UX design experience
- Existing portfolio showcasing polished and visually strong product UI work
- Experience creating design case studies or social media-ready design content
- Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, variants, design systems)
- Ability to work independently with consistent, high-quality output
- Fluent English language skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with Dribbble, Behance, and their content strategies
