Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting strong visual identities that bring our brand to life and connect meaningfully with our audience. This role requires strategic design thinking, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality brand assets across digital and print platforms such as marketing materials, social media content, packaging, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visual design with overall brand strategy and messaging.
• Ensure consistency of brand presentation and tone across all channels and touchpoints.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to keep the brand visually relevant and differentiated.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through execution within deadlines.
• Present design concepts and strategies confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in branding design or related graphic design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, including logo creation and visual identity development.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design software.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience presenting to clients or senior management is a plus.
