Role Overview
Join one of the UK’s most forward-thinking digital consultancies as a Senior Business Analyst (Data), where you'll drive data-led transformation in the public sector, healthcare, and beyond.
As part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, you’ll lead the capture and modelling of data requirements, turning complex data flows into actionable insights that shape the design and delivery of high-impact digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data analysis and modelling to inform service and technical design
• Define and validate data requirements for platforms, reporting and analytics
• Engage stakeholders to gather and translate data/business needs
• Apply data governance, GDPR and quality frameworks
• Collaborate with delivery teams (Product, Data Engineering, Architecture)
• Coach junior BAs and support a thriving BA community of practice
Skills & Experience:
• Proven BA experience in data-centric projects and Agile delivery
• Skilled in data flows, APIs, integrations, and data management principles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Consultancy or experience in complex organisations preferred
• Desirable: experience with data modelling tools (UML, SysML, EA), and exposure to public sector or healthcare
