Impulso Media is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of digital and print projects, from social media creatives and paid-ad visuals to email templates and web assets, helping our clients stand out in a crowded marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Concept & Design
- Translate marketing briefs into on-brand, engaging visuals for social media, web banners, emails, and print collateral
- Develop concepts and mood boards, then execute polished layouts in Adobe Creative Suite
Collaboration & Feedback
- Partner with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to ensure cohesive creative across all channels
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate designs to meet tight deadlines
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines; propose tweaks or updates as needed
- Stay current on design and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong typographic sense, colour theory knowledge, and composition skills
- Familiarity with digital-ad specs (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and email-marketing templates

- Able to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Comfortable giving and receiving clear, constructive feedback
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about elevating brand experiences
