JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies while driving sales growth and business development. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Clinic Manager and Head Doctor to align marketing strategies with overall organizational goals.
You will oversee and collaborate with Sales Teams and a Multimedia Designer, ensuring seamless execution of marketing and sales plans. Your focus will include generating high-quality leads, enabling the sales team through training and mentorship, and driving the achievement of key KPIs, including sales targets, occupancy rates, new patient acquisitions, and overall business growth metrics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Collaborative Leadership
- Work hand-in-hand with the Clinic Manager and Head Doctor to plan and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with clinic goals and priorities.
- Act as a key contributor to the clinic’s growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve patient acquisition, drive brand awareness, and optimize operational performance.
2) Team Management & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to define lead handoff processes and ensure seamless conversion of leads to customers.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance the sales team's performance and conversion skills.
- Act as the communication bridge between sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
3) Lead Generation & Digital Strategy Execution
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns) to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the Multimedia Designer to create compelling visual content, landing pages, and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Analyze and optimize running campaigns for maximum engagement, lead conversion, and ROI, leveraging data to refine strategies.
4) Performance Monitoring & Strategic Reporting
- Drive and take ownership of sales KPIs, including sales revenue, patient/occupancy growth, and lead-to-client conversion metrics.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign and sales performance, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Use data-driven analytics to guide decision-making and continuously improve marketing and sales efficiency.
5) Business Development
- Address market opportunities by building relationships with referral partners and clients, while identifying new pathways to grow market share.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the clinic in business and marketing initiatives to help expand partnerships and patient pipelines.
6) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align the goals and activities of marketing, sales, and clinical operations for a cohesive and streamlined patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Head Doctor to ensure marketing messages are well aligned with service delivery and in sync with organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1) Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or sales management roles, with demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, including sales professionals and creatives.
2) Key Skills & Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to generate and convert high-quality leads while meeting or exceeding lead-to-patient conversion goals.
- Deep expertise in digital tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Experience or aptitude in managing creative personnel such as designers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical proficiency to evaluate campaign performance and sales reports.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
3) Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related clinical services industries is a strong plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta & Tiktok Ads, or similar marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools & visualization data tools
