Project Coordinator
Location: remotely
Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)
Cooperation: end 2025
Rate: do 155 PLN/h net + VAT
Start date: ASAP, max. within 1 month
Remote work: 100% remote
As a Project Coordinator for the Generative AI Content Review project, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure the high quality of AI-generated medical content. Your primary focus will be on handling internal client relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams, and facilitating smooth project execution. You will be responsible for organizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and branding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Internal Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Facilitate regular communication with internal stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
2.Team Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including medical writers, data scientists and developers.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
3.Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and meet the defined scope.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4.Quality Assurance:
- Ensure rigorous quality control checks are in place for all AI-generated
- content.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet regulatory guidelines, brand guidelines, and client standards.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
5.Resource Management:
- Coordinate internal resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion
- of short and long-term goals.
6.Product Improvement:
- Work with AI development teams to identify opportunities for process optimization to achieve cost and time efficiencies.
- Contribute to the iterative improvement of AI content generation products to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Gather user feedback and incorporate insights into subsequent iterations of the AI product.
7.Stakeholder Communication:
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare setting. Experience with AI and machine learning projects is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Jira
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
- environment
