User Interface Designer in UNITED KINGDOM

This agency is looking for a midweight UI designer to work on their digital experiences and games, (mostly within the AR/VR industry). It's a small studio so likely better suited to designers from a similar background. They have an office in London but are happy for people to work fully remotely anywhere across the UK.

Key Requirements

• Experience in the gaming industry (bonus points for having worked with AR/VR)
• Skilled in creating visual assets tailored specifically for games
• Strong design portfolio that highlights creativity and UI expertise
• Excellent imagination and problem-solving skills for tackling complex design challenges
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch

Core Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UI designs based on creative briefs with minimal supervision
• Design and deliver production-ready visual assets for games
• Align design outputs with the game's vision, branding, and business goals
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and functionality clearly
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and creative leads to ensure smooth integration of design
• Assist developers in implementing UI to maintain design integrity and consistency
• Continuously explore new trends, tools, and techniques in UI and digital design
• Deliver user-centered solutions to complex design problems without compromising usability.
