What You'll Achieve
- Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to deliver high-quality digital projects on time.
- Implementing and maintaining Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Asana project management tool.
- Managing project scope, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and gathering detailed requirements.
- Conducting effective capacity and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
- Monitoring project progress and making strategic adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met.
- Staying up to date with digital trends and technologies to continuously improve project delivery methods.
- Proactively identifying and addressing stakeholder needs before they become issues, maintaining transparent communication across all project phases.

Ideal Profile
- 3-5 years of digital project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools for project planning, tracking, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, including web and mobile development processes and terminology
- Experience creating technical documentation and conducting thorough requirement-gathering sessions.
- Proven track record managing in-house cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA specialists in an office environment.
- Expertise in capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Exceptional proactive communication skills with demonstrated ability to keep all stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and drive alignment without being prompted.
