Senior AWS Cloud Administrator (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Administrator who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for AWS-related issues, resolving operational problems promptly.
• Provision and maintain virtual machines, storage, and databases on AWS.
• Manage and optimize AWS networking components, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, and Direct Connect.
• Automate deployment and management of AWS resources using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks such as instance management, backups, and scaling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS resources to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or equivalent qualification/professional accreditation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS services, such as IAM, EC2, ALB, CloudFront, CloudFormation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, and Cognito.
• Proficient with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in securing and managing VPC networks, firewalls, and access control.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus.
