Position SummaryAs part of an enterprise-grade infrastructure transformation program, we are seeking a Senior Network Product Engineer with proven expertise in the design, deployment, and optimization of LAN, WLAN, and SDWAN solutions in global environments.
The role focuses on engineering secure, scalable, and automated network architectures for branch and remote office connectivity, supporting corporate standards, regulatory compliance, and performance SLAs. The engineer will work within a centralized product team to drive technical standardization, continuous improvement, and proactive issue resolution.

Core Technical ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design:
- Design and validate LAN/WLAN/SDWAN architectures for enterprise sites following zero-trust and segmentation principles.
- Define L2/L3 topology, spanning-tree configurations, VLAN schemas, DHCP relay, and IPAM strategies.
- Select and tune wireless radio profiles (2.4/5/6 GHz) for high-density office environments using Cisco or Aruba APs.
- Plan and document Remote Site Design Patterns for secure branch connectivity with centralized management.
Engineering & Implementation:
- Configure and deploy:
- Cisco Catalyst (C9K series) and Catalyst Center (DNA-C)
- Cisco Viptela SDWAN fabric (including vSmart, vEdge, vBond)
- Cisco Meraki MX/MS/MR for simplified deployments
- Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass for NAC (802.1X, posture checks, MAC bypass)
- Guest Wi-Fi Portals integrated with captive portals and identity services
- Conduct and analyze RF Site Surveys (Ekahau, AirMagnet) and perform 6 GHz band planning for modern AP rollouts.
Security & Compliance:
- Integrate with enterprise Firewalling solutions (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco FTD) and VPN concentrators (Cisco ASA, F5 BIG-IP).
- Support implementation of SASE, cloud web gateways (Skyhigh/McAfee), segmentation (VRF, ACLs), and identity-aware services.
Automation & Monitoring:
- Utilize network automation tools (Ansible, Python scripts, Cisco Prime, DNA Center APIs).
- Leverage SNMP/NBAR/NetFlow/TACACS+ tools for telemetry, QoS enforcement, and audit tracking.
- Integrate with centralized monitoring platforms (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Grafana) and log management (Syslog, ELK).

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles, ideally in regulated or multi-site environments.
- Advanced understanding of:
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, static routing)
- Switching technologies (VTP, STP, EtherChannel, QoS marking)
- Wireless standards (802.11ax, WPA3, RRM, DFS channels)
- Secure access control (AAA, Radius, TACACS+, 802.1X)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Catalyst & Viptela SDWAN
- Aruba Wireless & NAC
- Cisco ISE / ClearPass
- Site survey tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet)
- Comfortable with CLI-based configuration and automation scripting (YAML, JSON, Python, REST APIs).

Soft Skills & Language- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken); ability to document HLD/LLD and explain designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (ability to debug Layer 1β7 issues across complex environments).
- Experience working in multi-vendor, multicultural and ITIL-compliant enterprise environments.
