We are seeking a Salesforce Tester who will play a crucial role in ensuring that Salesforce applications within the Media Cloud platform function effectively and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software testing, particularly with Salesforce applications, and possess strong analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for Salesforce applications on the Media Cloud platform.
• Utilize OmniScript and OmniStudio technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
• Identify, document, and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of applications.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases and results.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and testing best practices.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OmniScript and OmniStudio technologies.
• Familiarity with the Media Cloud platform.
• Prior involvement in regression testing.
