Scaling their Trondheim-based core team we are looking for a hands-on engineer to lead security-first development across a cloud-native, zero-trust platform handling low-latency, high-scale workloads.

🧠 What you’ll do:

• Lead by example as a secure coder (Java/GoLang/C++)
• Drive secure design, access control, and architecture decisions
• Embed AppSec & DevSecOps practices across CI/CD and infra
• Guide developers, run threat models, automate scanning & hardening
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on security strategy

• Backend: Java, GoLang, C++, Python
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• ML & Vector: ONNX, LangChain
• Containers: Docker, Podman
• Security: Auth0, SentinelOne, StrongDM

📍 Location: Trondheim - on-site (Full gold standard relocation support available)
