We're looking for a talented .NET Developer to join us in developing and enhancing a cutting-edge internal system for VAT and ED refunds. You'll work remotely in an Agile environment, using the latest technologies and best practices. This is a long-term, ongoing project where your expertise, creativity, and initiative will be highly valued. What You'll Do
Develop modern web applications using C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8)
Integrate applications with SQL databases via Entity Framework
Design and build web frontends with ASP.NET and Angular
Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing codebases, following Clean Code principles
Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate on system architecture and plan new features with your team
Manage code and deployments using Azure DevOps
Work in an Agile environment, participating in regular sprints and team meetings
Profile / Requirements
Strong command of C#, including LINQ and async programming
Experience with ASP.NET (MVC, Razor Pages, Web API)
Proficiency with ORM tools like Entity Framework
Solid T-SQL skills for database queries
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Git
Experience with Angular or React is a plus
Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes is a bonus
Advantage: Experience or knowledge in finance and tax-related projects
