Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security alerts and address potential threats.
  • Support PCI, SOX, and data privacy compliance.
  • Maintain endpoint protection and manage data privacy requests.
  • Assist with password management and vulnerability assessments.
  • Conduct vendor security reviews and regular audits.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of IT service desk/helpdesk experience
  • Basic Windows and MacOS administration skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a Security Analyst or SOC role (e.g., alert triage, threat detection, endpoint/email/network security)
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals: IP addressing, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs
  • Experience working with IT teams to resolve technical and security issues
  • Exposure to PCI, SOX, or data privacy compliance is highly preferred
  • Comfortable performing routine audits and repetitive compliance-related tasks

Schedule:

  • Training Schedule: 6 hours self-training, 2 hours one-on-one with Cybersecurity or EUX team for 5 days
  • Permanent Schedule: 9-5:30 ET, MT or PT, plus rotating on-call for after-hours alerts (once every 3 weeks)

What's in it for you?

  • 💸 Highly competitive salary
  • 🏥 HMO coverage from Day 1 + 2 free dependents upon regularization
  • 💻 Enjoy a fully remote setup with all the tools you need
  • 🌱 Full-time role with excellent perks and benefits
