We’re Hiring: Remote Program Manager (Switzerland-based)
Do you excel at seeing the big picture while keeping every detail on track? We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across teams — remotely from anywhere in Switzerland.

What You’ll Do
• Drive the planning and execution of multiple complex projects across departments
• Align stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, and risk assessments
• Monitor performance metrics, report on progress, and ensure accountability
• Facilitate communication between leadership, technical, and business teams
• Continuously improve processes and frameworks for scalable delivery
What We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in program or project management roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile frameworks, project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello), and OKRs
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
