Senior Product Manager in GREATER TUCSON AREA

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (or Product Owner) to shape industry-leading software, IoT, and hardware solutions for large commercial customers. You will use your experience in Agile enterprise software development to generate profitable growth by ensuring that all team members understand what needs to be built, and why. You will join a small Product Management team where you’ll influence the strategy and execution of new product and feature development, life-cycle management, product quality and positioning throughout the product development cycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather customer insights to build out a high-impact product roadmap, and partner with engineering to turn pain points into solutions.
• Use your SAFe and Agile expertise to optimize workflows and ensure seamless product delivery in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Work with distributed tech support to prioritize customer feedback and lead projects that transform data into user-friendly, impactful solutions.

Experience You Bring:

• Core Experience: 5+ years in B2B Enterprise Software Product Management as a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner
• Product Management experience for products spanning SaaS AND firmware or hardware components is highly preferred.
• Must have led teams using SaFe and Agile to deliver products based on broader organizational goals.
• Passion for IoT, GIS, or environmental tech
• Business-minded and data-driven decision-making skills; Passion for KPI’s and analytics.
• Experience using Atlassian suite or similar project management tools
• Must currently reside in the Greater Tucson, Arizona area or be willing to relocate within 1 month to work in a hybrid onsite work environment (2-3 days/week onsite). Comprehensive relocation package offered by company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline highly preferred.
