What will y
- ou do?Collaborate effectively with Creative, IT, Production, and Mocap
- teams.Self-manage daily workload, organizing and delivering progress updates to
- teams.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend pipelines, maintaining clear process comms and assisting team onboa
- rding.Working across Animation, Blueprint, Widgets, and UI pipe
- lines.Integrate Skeletal Meshes into a database s
- ystem.Create shaders and materials for characters and environ
- ments.Setting up physics for assets (bodies, resizing, parameters, simula
- tion).Integrate characters, environments, and assets into UE s
- cenes.Work with Live
- Link.Work with performance profilers and optimizing assets to hit performance ta
- rgets.Integrate and manipulate motion capture data within Unreal E
- ngine.Work with motion capture systems (Vicon, Xsens, OptiTrack, Move.AI, Rokoko,
- etc.).Assist with mocap data retargeting and animation ble
nding.
What are we looki
- ng for?2-5+ years of professional experience with Unreal
- Engine.Proficiency with programming and working with UE Blueprint
- system.Familiar with the full character pipeline across DCCs and
- Unreal.Self-starter with a willingness to expand your understanding of the role and take on new responsibilities as your skillset inc
- reases.Fascinated by optimisation, performance profiling and documentation on pro
cesses.
Qualifi
- cations:Practical industry experience is mandatory; no formal university degree r
- equired.Certifications in Game Development and/or Virtual Production are highly
- valued.Must provide a professional portfolio showcasing relevant technical projects or contri
butions.

- standout?Intermediate experience with motion capture workflows and data int
- egration.Open to applicants without mocap experience, but learning is
