About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and curious Graduate Full Stack Web Developers to join our fully remote development team. You’ll play a key role in building, updating, and maintaining modern web applications, contributing to new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements across the full stack. 

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with strong foundations in Python and JavaScript, and an eagerness to work with technologies such as React, Next.js, MySQL, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team, developing real-world software while growing skills in a professional setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining full stack web applications.
• Create new features and improve existing functionality.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Maintain and update current web systems.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders in a fully remote team.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Git for version control.
• Contribute to problem-solving discussions and team planning.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (essential)
• Understanding of front-end frameworks like React or Next.js
• Basic understanding of relational databases and MySQL
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git 
• Willingness to learn tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills 
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Desirable:

• Awareness of SEO best practices
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
