🎯 The Role
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who loves to break things down and make them better? As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be the gatekeeper of product excellence. Your role will involve testing, analyzing, and ensuring that products meet the highest standards before they reach the user. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to catch issues early and ensure top-notch performance, functionality, and user experience.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- 🧪 Write and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality
- 🔍 Identify, report, and document bugs and issues with attention to detail
- 📊 Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- 📋 Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and collaborate on feature test plans
- 🧠 Suggest improvements to testing procedures, tools, and best practices
- 🌟 Ensure that the product works seamlessly across different platforms, devices, and environments
- 🧑💻 Develop and maintain detailed documentation and test reports
- 📈 Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates don’t disrupt existing functionality
🧰 What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira, TestRail)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a perfect product
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and documentation
- Experience with cross-browser, mobile, and performance testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Fluent in English and based in Switzerland (remote-friendly)
- Bonus: Experience with performance testing or API testing
