Mission:
The Onboarding Specialist will be the go-to team member responsible for managing our contracting and onboarding communication channels (email and chat), updating and auditing data across multiple Google sheets, and ensuring smooth CRM uploads and follow-ups. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role where accuracy, urgency, and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding and contracting inboxes, responding to incoming questions and flagging urgent items.
- Monitor and respond to the new agent support chat, providing timely, friendly, and clear answers to onboarding-related questions.
- Own and update multiple onboarding and tracking spreadsheets—must be an Excel/Google Sheets power user capable of managing numerous fields and versions with accuracy.
- Perform regular data audits, ensuring all systems and spreadsheets are up to date and aligned.
- Handle bulk CRM uploads, track invite statuses, and reach out to contractors who haven’t accepted platform invites.
- Maintain clean, readable data in Sheets for use by leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Track onboarding tasks and progress across a high volume of new hires.
- Support email setup for new agents by creating BLFG GSuite emails and ensuring correct access and configuration.
- (Bonus) Assist the onboarding team with light design projects such as slide decks, agent guides, and branded materials using Canva or Google Slides.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, data entry, or administrative operations (experience onboarding at scale is a major plus).
- Proven experience navigating Google Sheets and/or Excel with complex formulas, filters, and data entry workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like CRMs, GSuite, Discord, etc.
- Strong written communication skills and experience managing support chats and high-volume inboxes.
- Meticulous attention to detail for clean, accurate data.
- Ability to track and juggle multiple onboarding pipelines and platforms simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Experience using Canva or creating simple slide decks and visual resources for onboarding or training.
- Familiarity with Gsuite administration or Google Workspace email setup.
- Prior experience working in insurance, Medicare, or contractor-heavy environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding in a remote, asynchronous team.
Position Description:
- You will need to work for 8 hours per day (4 PM– 12AM Leb time)
- You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week.
- Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday.
- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
- You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.
- Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,700.
