Your role will involve identifying specific processes that impact system performance, utilizing ITSM tools and applying incident management processes. You will also monitor networks to detect outages and fluctuations and correlate events detected in Zabbix to support the service team effectively.
Requirements
Experience monitoring Linux resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, etc.) with Zabbix.
Ability to identify resource consumption by specific processes.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
Experience in network monitoring and identification of outages and fluctuations.
Ability to correlate events in Zabbix to assist the support team.
Experience in identifying and reporting infrastructure problems.
Ability to communicate to activate the responsible areas on time.
Availability for real-time monitoring, with a focus on anticipating problems.
