We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Email Designer and HTML Developer for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual design and flawless technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual assets for email marketing campaigns, including illustrations and GIFs.
- Develop and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and accessibility compliance.
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, from stakeholder briefing to deployment.
- Optimize email designs and templates within Figma, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure consistent rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and ensure high-quality email performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email designs with marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, triggered emails, and lifecycle marketing.
Key Criteria:
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, specifically for email design and development.
- Strong experience with email design tools, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proven experience managing email campaigns end-to-end.
- Expertise in creating responsive, accessible email designs.
- Ability to create GIFs and illustrations for email marketing.
- Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus) for QA and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with print design is a plus.
