• Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish 🗂️✅
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones like a scheduling ninja 🗓️🥷
• Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items 📅📝
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to keep everyone aligned 📢🤝
• Maintain project documentation, task boards, and status reports 🔄📄

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams 🧩💬

• Have 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or admin role
• Are a natural organizer who loves lists, calendars, and keeping things tidy 🧹🗃️
• Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines 🌀🎯
• Are fluent in English (German/French are nice-to-haves!)
• Are confident using tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or similar 🧰📊
