About role:

We are looking for a Customer support project coordinator passionate about understanding client needs, driving results in time and manner, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish by efficiently communicating with the client and the team. Your mission will be to act as the bridge between our clients and our creative and development teams, making sure expectations are clear, timelines are met, and we deliver what the client expects.

This role is for someone who thrives on organization, communicates with empathy and precision, and genuinely cares about client success.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Understand each client’s design and development needs to ensure our work aligns with their success.
  • Lead and coordinate projects internally, ensuring clear communication between clients and teams such as design, development, and marketing.
  • Keep track of deliverables and deadlines, anticipating potential issues and proactively solving them.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, insights, and KPIs to clients regularly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling that genuinely add value to the client.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention, managing expectations transparently and professionally.
  • Document key agreements, feedback, and action items clearly in internal tools and client records.


Required skills:


  • 2+ years of experience altogether in account management, client services, or project coordination within a digital agency, web development, or marketing environment with deep understanding of web development build processes and graphic design-related work
  • Excellent (C1+) verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Client-focused mindset with a knack for problem-solving and expectation management.
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence to withstand uncomfortable conversations with clients or the team, understanding it is your duty to seek task completion and harmony between parties.

  • Experience working with international clients or in multicultural environments.
