Role Description

We are looking for a start/mid-level Business Analyst to join our remote team full-time. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

We’re also open to reviewing part-time applications from experienced senior analysts who are interested in contributing to impactful projects.

Main Tasks

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in the analysis of business processes.
• Create basic documentation such as user stories and use cases.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Support the project team in delivering solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with business process analysis and improvement
• Ability to document requirements in clear, structured formats
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
