What is this job all about?
We’re looking for a Lead Game Designer ready to take ownership of the design vision and turn it into engaging, impactful player experiences. You’ll blend game design expertise with data insights and player intuition to craft unforgettable games that go beyond the metrics — and truly resonate with players around the world.
What will you be doing?
- Creating and communicating a clear design vision — and making sure the whole team is aligned around it.
- Turning complex gameplay ideas into well-documented, actionable design specs.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency and visibility throughout production.
- Balancing in-game systems with both data and player feedback in mind.
- Supporting live and new games through iteration, feature updates, and design improvements.

What are we looking for?
- At least 8 years of experience in game design, including 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Experience working on a successful new game release.
- Strong analytical thinking and a good sense of player motivations and behaviors.
- Solid knowledge of the F2P / mobile / card games space and its key KPIs.
- Experience creating tools or processes to support the design workflow.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Sourcetree).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (basic scripting is a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Independence, self-discipline, and a passion for making great games.
Amaze us with:
- Background in economics, psychology, or game theory.
- Experience mentoring other designers or leading a design team.
- Passion for outdoor or simulation games — like hunting and fishing!
