Waveform Specialist (DSP Algorithm Specialist)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site, relocation supported)

Salary: 35,000–40,000 AED/month (approx. €8,600–€9,800 tax-free)

We’re hiring an experienced Waveform Specialist to join a cutting-edge team solving real-world RF and DSP challenges in high-interference environments. You’ll be developing and validating robust modulation techniques and contributing to signal processing strategies that power advanced communication systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, simulating, and optimizing waveforms for interference-heavy environments
• Developing robust modulation schemes (FM, AM, spread spectrum, CW, GWN, etc.)
• Lab testing and validation of signal performance using real RF equipment
• Collaborating with system and RF engineering teams
• Supporting signal vulnerability analysis and countermeasure development

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in DSP and RF signal processing
• Hands-on experience with modulation, signal robustness, and jammer/spoofer environments
• Strong MATLAB and Python skills
• Deep understanding of analog/digital RF systems
• Comfortable with lab-based testing, debugging, and performance tuning
