📣 We're Hiring: Remote Program Manager (Switzerland-based)
Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for driving complex initiatives across teams and time zones? We’re looking for a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional programs—remotely, from anywhere in Switzerland.
📍 Location: Remote (Must reside in Switzerland)
💼 Level: Mid to Senior
What You’ll Do
• Plan, manage, and deliver complex programs from initiation to completion
• Align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and resolve risks and roadblocks
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and leadership teams
• Drive continuous improvement, consistency, and visibility across projects
• Communicate progress and key insights to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in program or project management
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and work across departments
• Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
