About the Position
You’ll write and refine copy across websites, social channels, email flows, and paid media. Beyond crafting compelling words, you’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and performance marketers to ensure every line ladders up to clear goals—brand consistency, audience resonance, and measurable results.
Ideal experience range: 2–4 years of professional copywriting (agency or in-house). Seasoned enough to own projects end-to-end, but eager to keep leveling up under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Concept & Copy Creation – Generate thumb-stopping social captions, SEO-friendly web copy, conversion-focused email series, and scroll-proof ads. Iterate quickly from drafts to finals.
- Performance Optimization – Partner with growth teams to A/B test messaging, analyse results, and refine copy decks for higher CTR, CVR, and retention.
- Content Strategy – Build and maintain channel-specific messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and tone-of-voice guidelines that scale across clients.
- Collaboration & QA – Work with designers, devs, and PMs to ensure copy fits layouts, meets brand standards, and ships on deadline.
- Trend Scouting – Track cultural shifts, platform updates, and linguistic trends to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
Must-Haves
- 2–4 years professional copywriting (agency, SaaS, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment).
- Portfolio showcasing effective web pages, paid ads, social posts, and/or lifecycle emails—with metrics or rationale explaining impact.
- Fluency in channel best practices (meta descriptions vs. TikTok hooks vs. subject lines).
- Ability to translate brand strategy into clear messaging hierarchies and content plans.
- Comfortable using data dashboards (GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.) to inform copy iterations.
- Impeccable grammar, concise expression, and an instinct for storytelling cadence.
- Proactive communicator in fully remote, asynchronous team settings.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with basic SEO keyword research tools (Semrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience scripting short-form video or UGC-style ads.
- Knowledge of CRO principles and UX writing for SaaS/DTC funnels.
