This role combines people coordination, internal support, and light brand engagement. As our Online Generalist Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team—keeping things organized, communicating with team members, assisting with onboarding, and supporting online presence efforts.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
➖ Coordinate team scheduling, internal communication, and task follow-ups
➖ Assist with onboarding new team members using digital tools and checklists
➖ Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge bases
➖ Help manage internal platforms (Slack, Notion, email, etc.)
➖ Contribute to community-building and company culture activities
➖ Support simple outreach and online content sharing tasks
