We’re on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer who lives and breathes Laravel and is passionate about building powerful, secure, and scalable web applications. If you love clean architecture, efficient databases, and building APIs that just work — this one’s for you.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the backend development of web platforms using Laravel
• Design and build RESTful APIs, services, and backend logic
• Optimize application performance and database queries (MySQL)
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and documentation
• Manage third-party integrations and API services
• Mentor junior developers and help improve backend standards and processes
🧱 Tech Stack & Requirements:
• Expert-level experience with Laravel (5.x–10.x)
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and Eloquent ORM
• Experience with queues, jobs and events
• Solid knowledge of database design, migrations, optimization and Docker
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment pipelines
• Bonus: Experience with RESTful APIs, JWT, Redis, testing (PHPUnit)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of backend development experience (at least 1 year in Laravel)
• A passion for writing clean, testable, and scalable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
