Ranked one of the UK's best places to work, this software house are looking to grow out their Engineering team, specifically for a Principal Backend Engineer to support a small Engineering team as they design, scale and maintain their SaaS platform.

What I need from you: 💻

• Extensive experience working with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript AWS Serverless is a must
• Product experience - building out a product to take to market
• Experience working as a Senior Engineer in a small team
• Happy with staying true to backend coding
• Happy to be the SME for all Backend Engineering (No line management)
• Truly live the values of the company - happy with a remote first environment

Interview process 🗣️

Stage 1 - 30 minute introduction chat with Internal talent team

Stage 2 - 90 Minute technical interview including Whiteboard exercise

Stage 3 - Final chat with the Founder.
