ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Create video ads, trailers, game previews, and other marketing assets for mobile games, tailored for mobile ad networks like Facebook and Instagram.
• Work primarily in 2D animation (occasionally in 3D) using Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists and other designers to develop and refine concepts.
• Transform descriptive briefs into polished final videos that blend storytelling, motion design, and impactful editing.
• Own the internal projects of your choice that help you follow your passions.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed as a Motion Designer at AppAgent, you should:

• Bring a proven track record of crafting high-quality 2D animated performance marketing ads for mobile games.
• Have expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
• Be comfortable working from descriptive briefs and independently transforming them into polished and engaging video creatives.
• Experience with Spine, Unity, live-action post-production, or 3D tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Unreal is a huge plus.
• Be able to communicate and understand briefs in English.
• Have a strong eye for editing and syncing with music.
• Always be exploring new tools, styles, and formats to sharpen your creative edge.
