The Role

We’re seeking a C++ Trading Platform Developer with a strong grasp of low-level systems, high-performance coding, and scalable architecture. You should enjoy digging into how things work, with experience in data structures, networked applications, and optimizing code for speed. An interest in algorithmic trading is a plus.

You’ll have real impact from day one, working on a global, real-time trading platform built with C++ and Python. The environment is fast-moving and non-hierarchical — no legacy systems, minimal bureaucracy, and direct mentorship from senior engineers and traders, including the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a global trading platform with real-time data capture and exchange connectivity.
• Design and maintain high-performance, clean C++/Python code on Linux systems.
• Collaborate with experienced developers to improve infrastructure and system performance.

What You’ll Need

• Strong C++ skills (will be tested).
• Curiosity about system internals (standard libraries, memory, networking).
• Analytical mindset; understanding of CPU/memory models or assembly is a plus.
