Role Description: SEO Manager (Full-Time, Remote)We are looking for a talented and strategic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our remote team at EkaRank Digital Australia. You will lead SEO initiatives across diverse client projects, collaborating with web developers, content creators, and marketing strategists to deliver measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and technical assessments
- Perform detailed keyword research aligned with client goals
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building
- Collaborate with our web design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during site builds and redesigns
- Optimize content and structure for eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
- Monitor performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and tools
- Report on campaign performance, keyword rankings, and site traffic insights
- Contribute to SEM and paid media strategies when required
Qualifications & Skills- 5+ years of experience in SEO, including audits, link building, and keyword research
- Strong expertise in technical SEO and local SEO
- Familiarity with eCommerce SEO (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SEM and paid search campaigns is a bonus
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms, developers, and designers
- Proficient in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment
- SEO/Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage
