As our Product Owner, youβll sit at the intersection of business, design, and development. Youβll manage the product backlog, define priorities, and make sure the team is delivering real value sprint after sprint. This role requires structure, empathy, and the ability to say βnoβ when needed.
π― What You'll Own:
- Shape and maintain a clear, actionable product backlog
- Work closely with stakeholders to define user stories, business goals, and technical constraints
- Align development priorities with customer needs and company strategy
- Collaborate daily with designers and developers in agile sprints
- Break down complex requests into clear deliverables
- Continuously refine backlog based on feedback, metrics, and user insights
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones without sacrificing quality
π§ What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Agile project role
- You live in Switzerland π¨π
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion
- Analytical mindset with a user-first perspective
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Bonus: experience with SaaS, B2B platforms, or marketplaces
