Job Title: Performance Tester

Job Overview:

We're urgently looking for a skilled Performance Tester with 7–9 years of experience, strong in LoadRunner and performance testing of Azure-based applications. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who can independently lead performance testing efforts and manage client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance test strategies for web and Power BI applications
• Create and manage test scripts using LoadRunner (HTTP Protocol)
• Conduct full-cycle performance testing: planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
• Analyze performance bottlenecks using AppInsights and other monitoring tools
• Prepare and present performance test reports
• Log and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues
• Participate in client meetings to discuss NFRs, bugs, and test results

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TruClient scripting
• Familiarity with LRE/LRC for performance testing execution
