energy contracts.

We set up comprehensive strategies for organisations to procure their energy contracts;

negotiate contracts with energy suppliers; introduce and operate risk management

frameworks; collect, check, and analyse invoices; and calculate organisations’ GHG

emissions and carbon footprints.

The opportunity

As our Office Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day

operation of the office environment, serving as the central point of contact for all office-

related needs. This role plays a key part in supporting a professional, well-organised, and

welcoming workspace, contributing to the overall employee experience, guest experience

and smooth business operations.


What exactly will you do?

  • Welcome and assist guests and external visitors, upholding a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related queries, issues and communications, ensuring a timely and professional resolution.
  • Manages office supplies and inventories, schedules, office logistics and general organization.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and appropriate setup of equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate housekeeping facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections and repairs for office equipment and building facilities.
  • Assist teams in administration support when required.
  • Collaborate with the Events Planning team to organise and execute fun and engaging staff events.
  • Contribute to health and safety procedures reporting potential hazards.


What we’re looking for

  • Administrative or secretarial studies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or receptionist role.
  • Experience in managing office supplies, calendar management and vendor relationships.
  • Organisational Skills: Able to multitask, prioritise and keep the office running efficiently.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication in both English and Maltese.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
  • Team Support: Willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing needs.
