US-Based Digital & Advertising Agency | Full-Time | Remote | Fast-Paced Creative Role

📌 Job Details

• Location: 100% Remote (Offshore applicants welcome!)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (10-hour days, 40 hours/week)
• Fridays Off: Our office is closed on Fridays!
• Pay in USD $$$
• Team Environment: Work closely with our US-based content creators and digital managers
• Content Volume: Create 20–28 high-quality posts per week (~1.25 hrs/post)
• Pace: Fast turnaround expected reels typically completed in 30 minutes to 1.5 hours

🎨 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and quick-moving Social Media Content Creator to join our growing digital agency. This role blends strong graphic design with savvy video editing to craft compelling short-form content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.

💼 Responsibilities

• Static Graphics: Design polished carousels, branded posts, and visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Short-Form Video Editing: Produce scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and shorts using CapCut and Premiere Pro
• Multi-Brand Execution: Adapt your style to meet multiple client brand guidelines
• Content Prep & Organization: Prepare and deliver creative assets for scheduling via Loomly
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members via Zoom and email to align on project needs
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with platform-specific trends to keep content relevant and fresh
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets reflect brand voice and tone—especially for US-based audiences

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong command of CapCut and Premiere Pro
• Sharp design eye: layout, color, typography, and branding
• Highly organized, reliable, and effective at remote communication
• Able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

⭐ Bonus Points For

• Experience with basic animation or motion graphics (After Effects, animated text, etc.)
• Canva experience for rapid-turnaround tasks
